Participant Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines to help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all:
PARTICIPATION
During the live sessions, time is allocated for each participant to share their experience with the work for that week. You are expected to have your video on and participate in sharing your direct experience. After this and any Q&A is complete, there may be time left over for personal sharing that is unrelated to the work from the program. You do not have to and are not expected to share anything beyond that with is directly related to the program.
Do not engage in advice giving to others when they are sharing their direct experience. Allow them to give consent on whether or not they are open to receiving that from anyone in the group. In that instance if giving advice or a perspective, please only provide that which you have direct experience in.
PRIVACY
All participants are expected to hold that which discussed during live sessions private and not share outside of the program. Also, do not share private, interpersonal conversations you may have with another participant during a live session without getting their permission to do so.
COMMUNICATION
Please make sure that when you sign up for the program that you consent to receive emails from Podia. Almost all communication (which includes the weekly Zoom links) to the group will be sent through this Podia platform.
Use the comment section under each week's assignment for asking questions, sharing insights, making comments, etc. If you have something to address that you'd prefer remain private, then you may email me directly at info@innersunalchemy.com
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
There may be times when you'd like to have additional one-on-one support provided. Use the booking link for Individual Coaching to schedule 30 minutes with me or send me an email for suggestions on what other session might work best for you.
PAYMENTS
If you signed up for installment payments, the Podia platform will automatically deduct that payment on a monthly basis. If there is a failed payment on the card you used, the system will automatically try again daily for the next 2 days. Podia will notify you after each failed attempt so that you can update/change card information if needed. After the 3rd failed attempt, I will follow up with you regarding payment.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
You may leave the program at any time. There is neither obligation to pay an early cancellation fee nor make remaining installment payments, where applicable.
If you leave before the program has been completed AND you have made payment in full, then you will retain access to the program materials, unless you are removed for unsafe behavior, whether to self or others, or for violation of the Terms & Conditions. If you leave the program before completing all installment payments (i.e. fully paying for the program), then you lose access to the materials.
There are no refunds on payments made whether payment in full or installment payment.
